What We Do

We provide short-to medium term outpatient therapy-usually between 8-12 sessions depending on the individual needs of the client.

The highly-skilled clinicians at the Military Family Clinic treat a variety of behavioral health challenges, including:

  • Cognitive processing therapy
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Motivational interviewing

  • Integrative behavioral couples therapy
  • Prolonged exposure therapy
  • Psychiatric medication management
  • Integrated case management
  • EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Types of Therapy: Individual therapy (minimum age is 4), marriage counseling and family counseling.

Delivery Methods: In-person appointments or telehealth services.

Other treatments are also available based on the individual needs of each client.
